If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the received merchandise, you could initiate a return request within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. The returned merchandise must be unworn, in salable condition and in the original package. Return request after 45 days of delivery, and any packaging, shipping, or handling charges are non-refundable.
Defective and damaged merchandise at the time of receipt, and incorrect merchandise received due to our neglect could be returned. The shipping charges incurred will be born by W&M Bracelet. We will inspect the returned merchandise and process your refund. In a condition that the returned merchandise is not found to be defective or incorrect, shipping and handling charges will be born by the customer.
